Lvl 28; Looking for a team

I have a lvl 28 Warlock and am working on a Titan now also. I'm struggling to match up with some possible teammates that can work with me dealing with the life of an adult. I have rarely gotten into raids because I have had a hard time getting in with a team. I play fairly often, but work 8:00-6:00 and normal adult-life stuff keep me from getting at raids and matches daily. I'm hoping to get with a group of guys/gals that are cool meeting up when we can for the more difficult raids/strikes/weekly but won't be heated if I can go daily. I'm definitely serious about getting through the missions and am a good team player. I'll have a learning curve with raids to start, but I'll be reliable for you if you're up to play.
