Unsavory Things You've Witnessed in Public

A recent thread on my alma mater's sub-Reddit reminded me of a lovely experience my fiance had in the university's undergraduate library. Homeless-looking dude, sitting in a computer lab, beating off to internet porn. It was the middle of the day, and he was not being discreet at all. Further digging led to me discovering that this isn't an uncommon thing at WSU's UGL, and that non-students watch porn all the time in there. In instances where they don't expose themselves, they aren't stopped because it's a public university, so technically it's not against the law. I can't bring a sealed bottle of Mountain Dew into the library with me, but some dude off the streets can sit down and engage in a round of pocket pool at the school's expense: awesome.
