Mythic Members is the cool place to hang out. You can find most of the cool people there. In Mythic Members you can just chill and do whatever and totally relax. "Take it easy" is the Mythic Members motto, for example, that's how laid back it is there. Show up if you want to have a good time. Another good reason to show up is if you want to hang out with friends.

Unexpected option to make group announcement

Scenario: When creating a related topic to a private group thread that was later edited to be made public (see thread that inspired this one), I got the option to make my related thread a group announcement. This is not a privilege that I should have in the group, and in fact I tried creating a new thread and a new related thread from other non-public threads and did not get that option. The related topic seems to inherit the "group announcement" trait from the parent topic, as it was checked by default. Expectation: I shouldn't have had the option to make a group announcement, as would be consistent with the group permission settings. ALSO I DIDNT KNOW THAT MAKING A RELATED THREAD FROM A PUBLIC GROUP THREAD MAKES THE THREAD IN THE GROUP AND NOT ON THE PUBLIC FORUMS BECAUSE I'M A BAD The above statement is correct. I am bad and I feel bad. -RT
