Man sexually abuses 3-year-old daughter, escapes prison sentence because he "will not fare well" behind bars.
I don't like to post these because they're depressing and make me hate the world we live in, but here I go.

The fact that Jurden expressed concern that prison wasn't right for Richards came as a surprise to defense lawyers and prosecutors who consider her a tough sentencing judge. Several noted that prison officials can put inmates in protective custody if they are worried about their safety, noting that child abusers are sometimes targeted by other inmates.

3 RepliesProbably a good call. Sounds like the guy has a bad case of affluenza. You can't fault rich white people for things, they have no idea that the world has boundaries, because no one ever stopped them from doing something before.

It's a bit like when people get caught with drugs: if you're an average Joe you get sent to prison, but if you're a celebrity or billionaire you "go to rehab".

From what I hear, he'd be killed as soon as an inmate found out what he did. Incest pedophilia isn't well received by most people anyway.
