The House of Kings?
In the grimior i found a house i haev never seen called the House of Kings. I later replayed the storyline missions adn saw that there was sone mission in particular that had discolored golden colors. I remembered the grimoir adn stood there to be killed but my fire team member soon killed everyone. I believe that this may be the house we will see in the house of wolves or maybe the house of wolves is an entirely diffirent house on a different planet.

Visually, the big give-away is color. The Dregs' "mohawk" in particular stuck out like a sore thumb to me. All of the Fallen I had encountered before that had red accents - including the Dregs - but these had blue "hair". Vandals and Captains are a bit harder, but they do have scraps of cloak or sashes that are blue instead of red. Also, instead of bright white accents, the Kings have golden accents on their armor. This was something I did not notice right away because of lighting. Not that any of that answers [i]who[/i] they are or what their story is, but... data is good, right?

1 ReplyHere is what I gathered: We now have 5 houses: Winter, Exile, Devils, Kings, Wolves Currently operating in: Winter - Venus Devils - Earth Exile - Moon Wolves - Reef Kings - [i]unknown[/i] History: Devils - Fought in the battle of Twilight Gap, possibly along side with Cabal Winters - Present in Caracas, Earth during the Collapse As far as I can tell there is no history available on the other houses before the intervention by the Queen. The houses of Devils and Winter were part of the attack on Earth. Devils continue to operate on Earth and Winter operate on Venus. The House of Wolves is controlled by the Queen. The Queen assumed control of the house after she killed their leader and imprisoned their royalty. Those that rebelled from the House of Wolves fled to the House of Exile. Of the royalty from the House of Wolves that the Queen imprisoned we only know of Aksor, Archon Priest, who is of the [u]House of Kings[/u]. The House of Winter was trying to restore Aksor, even though he is not of their house. So here is my theory: There was a house called the House of Kings, it was the royalty of the Fallen that commanded the rest of the houses. The Queen attacked them and killed their leader, assuming control of the house and imprisoning the royalty. Those Fallen that joined the Queen were named the House of Wolves. The low ranked Fallen that ranked joined the House of Exile. The High ranked ones went into hiding trying to rebuild. Since the original house was their leadership the other houses (Winter and Devils) are trying to help restore the House of Kings, thats why Winter was trying to bring back Aksor. Or I could be completely wrong, but its fun to speculate.

The house of wolves are the fallen the queen has "control" over. In the expansion there is a sect of the house of wolves that turns on her and she sends the guardian to teach them a lesson by assassinating the leader of the rebellion. [spoiler]this is all from the information that was leaked with the map glitch and whatnot [/spoiler]
