Question about strikes and leveling
Currently I am working on farming enough ascendant shards in strikes so that I can upgrade my legendary gear. However, I don't seem to be leveling or gaining any more shards since the weekend. Is there a limit to how much I can increase my vanguard points in a week?

Vanguard and Crucible marks are limited to 100 marks per week each. And the cap on marks is 200 each. You earn vanguard marks for completing public events and vanguard strikes. Crucible marks for completing crucible matches. Ascendant shards can be quickly earned by completing public events and doing the daily mission on level 30.
