Looking for a fireteam that isn't mute.

I'm fairly new to the game (LVL 14), but I have completed most everything up to Mars. I'm looking for a fireteam, or really just someone on the game that speaks and can use this to team up. I'm a great team member, and what I lack in experience, I make up in experience (Mass Effect 3 - Multiplayer God). I also like long walks on the beach, and being serenaded by a fire...
