Vanguard Token and Merchant

For those who keeped there vanguard token will be rewarded. Your Vanguard chief and The Vanguard armory is buffed up everything from them can get you higher from now on your vanguard token will be precious medals I think i'll do some tiger vanguard mission this week :-D
