need to get to admin tools

My admin tools are kinda acting wonky, so please don't be mad raiders, once I sort this out, anyone who finished the raid will gain admin status, feel free to start up forums and to use the tools responsibly. Rather than use adminship as a title for a select few, I prefer to give it out to those who prove worthiness in the raids, that way, the admin title can be utilized in a more social manner and people can interact better. Admin title enables a bunch a junk I only remember the ability to post a topic with it. But yeah, I'll fix that soon enough
