New Member Primer

Hey everybody, Modus here. These are rough guidelines for all new members of BLA. Think of them more as principles rather than rules. Basic clan guidelines: 1) [b]we're all here to help each other.[/b] Start by adding as many of the current members as you can. Sneak, myself and profbeardsmith are a good place to start if you get bored sending out those friend requests :p 2) [b]Set fireteam to open[/b]. The only time i had to kick someone was when they were too low of a level for the group activity. If I'm by myself, I'm down to run anything at any level. 3) [b]ask questions.[/b] Need to know how to farm ascendant? Spirit bloom? The older members have been on long enough to know some cool tricks. No such thing as a dumb question. 4) [b]come prepared to the raids.[/b] Being a freshie is fine, but try to youtube it/read up on things to give yourself the best advantage. Unless of course you want to have a totally unspoiled experience. Thats cool too. What i really mean is make sure you have ammo synths and a mic. Which leads me to... 5) [b]mic. Get a flippin mic.[/b] Clans are communication. Best way to do that is with a mic. Especially if you're hardcore into this game. But then again, if you're hardcore, you already knew that :p Most importantly, [b]Have fun and be patient. [/b] This is an all ages clan, with multiple cultures and time zones. Not every planned raid works out. Not every member is a destiny god. This clan is about teamwork and building each other up. When I was a 26, two members helped me get my thorn. It took a long time and neither of them had anything to gain. We do this because we are a team. And because... [b]It's dangerous to go alone[/b]
