A Show of Hands
So I am just curious... I know that a lot among our community had lost interest in Destiny for a while once other titles during this holiday madness started releasing, but how many of you will be putting more time back into Destiny upon the release of the Dark Below expansion? In addition to the poll answers, we'd love to hear about why you gave that answer! If yes, what has you most excited about the expansion that it will make you put other titles on the shelf for a while? If no, what do you feel to be the expansion's downfalls that aren't able to grasp you back into the world of Destiny? I am very eager to hear others' initial reactions with the latest information coming out!

For me, the Dark Below has its interesting bits and bobs. The overhauled vendor inventories, new story missions (hopefully more on part with actual STORY), and two new strikes (I'm PSN) are what interest me the most. I enjoy raiding, but it seems difficult for me personally to get a group because of my oddball work hours. However, that being said I feel that, from first glance of the preview details, there is a lot of room for improvement. While I will reserve my judgement for once I experience it, if the strikes and story missions do not do more to immerse you in the world and make it something more than a loot grinding circle-jerk I don't believe that it will make Destiny a more lasting experience. I hope to find that the story missions add more depth to the game now, and that most of the actual story is not going to be 99.999% housed in more grimoire cards.
