Community and Admin Rules

So while this is a very open and lax community, we do obviously have to set some ground rules in order to keep this a DESIRABLE community to be a part of! Below you will find the very basic rules that are required to be followed if a member of this community of Wardens (again don't expect anything outrageous here): General Members/Clanmates: 1. This is a community that will not tolerate acts of hate, aggression, or disrespect. Simply put, don't do that crap. The whole point to this community is to be able to not have to put up with people trying to incite reactions or instigate others. 2. TRY to be active. There is no activity requirement in the Wardens, however we don't want our community to be a graveyard. We would appreciate, but not expect, your feedback on clan activity or posts, or make a proposal for a clan event! Even if you aren't taking place in the event you plan or propose, if you can help keep people working together the community will better from it! That's it! That makes only 1 required rule for this community. Conduct. Should misconduct be reported to any of the admins, we will convene to determine the appropriate action. This may consist of a warning, or if this misconduct becomes habit a removal from the community. We don't want to have to do that! We want you to be a part of this community, so just don't be a detriment to others' experience within the community and you will be a welcome friend to us all! Admin Rules: 1. The conduct requirement goes double for all admins. A grievous report of admin misconduct will be addressed by the other admins and could very likely result in the removal from the position, not a removal from the community right away but the privileges of being a leader in the community are reserved for those who can control themselves and become the beacon of our ideals of respect, maturity, cooperation, and support. 2. If reports of misconduct are brought to your attention, you must contact the other admins with a description of the incident and receive their feedback. In order to prevent any backlash on an admin for a decision regarding the appropriate measure of response, please allow me, Nemesis, to carry out any full community banishment. If a warning is what is decided upon by the admins, all admins are authorized to present the warning to that community member, but for the sake of keeping grievances off of your backs, I will take the heat for any situations that we agree require a community banishment. 3. As a leader of the community we hope that you will try to bring additional guardians to join us! This isn't required, but admins have a position of authority and respect, and thus are deemed more qualified as recruiters. We hope that you will continue to help this community grow! 4. Try to make yourselves available for community needs. We all know that life can get in the way, but if your availability even can consist of bringing an issue you noticed to the attention of a more active admin then that is greatly appreciated! That's all I have for now everyone! Like I said, these are not by any means overbearing rules. The basic overview of this whole post can be summed up in "Be a respectful member, if an issue arises bring it to the attention of the admins and we will do all we can to come to a solution, but most importantly HAVE FUN!"
