Sunsinger is definitely going to be useful in Raids with its Song of Flame ability to speed the cooldown of nearby allies. Radiance itself, from what I seen, appears to pump up damage a lot when it is active, and able to oneshot with Scorch in PvP. Sunburst also can generate orbs of light with the Scorch special melee attack. So basically more damage for everybody!
