This weapon can be found from either the exotic bounty Elder Cipher or inside of the Queens Chest in Prison of Elders 34 or 35.
This weapon deals Arc damage. This special perks on this sniper-like/fusion rifle are Hip Fire and Hidden Hand. You get bonus accuracy while firing from the hip, and you get better target acquisition! Happy exotic hunting!
