help with crota raid

Hehehe! Heya buddy, thanks for the kind words. You're not bugging me at all, helping our clan members and other new people is what formed this clan and why it has grown so quickly. The most fun part of this game for me is helping people through content they have never seen. Its a dam shame they made HM crota so ridiculously hard that it is taking us a while to get a consistent strategy. We spent at least 50 hours from Wednesday at 1pm est until Monday night to kill that bastard. For me, Monday night was just my third clear. For our god mode level guardians like Kenx242, Black, Dark, Dum, Killer, Phats and Mezo is was 5-6 by that time. We have two incredible sword bearers and need to work to expand that number so that we can run more raid groups. Lickily, the sword is a ton of fun to run (like the relic in VoG) and our two sword bearers are happy to do it over and over and over again to help everyone. Last night we managed to down crota 3 times inside of an hour. I am very happy we got a strategy down enough that we can now start bringing through the rest of the clan and even be able to get 31's through. I know some folks get upset that they were not able to make it through crota the first week but it takes 4-5 days when new raids release for us to hammer out a good technique that works for our strengths and weaknesses. With your 3 31s you should have no problem clearing crota on normal mode. I recommend getting 15-20 normal mode runs under your belt before attempting hard. Partially because you really need to know the intricacies of each encounter but more so because it will be incredibly frustrating to jump right into the fire of HM. Everything you need to make 32 is contained in NM crota so you can definitely get there.
