Announcing Clan Officers

Guardians, We have grown so quickly that many of us are missing some of the fun that we used to have when we were a small intimate group struggling through the nightfalls, raids, and level 8 strikes together, wiping and laughing constantly. Since our member count has skyrocketed from less than ten to fifty in the last two weeks the founders have decided to name Officers of the Clan. These are members who have proven consistently that they are an asset to the clan, the community, and Destiny in general. We are hopeful that naming Officers will give new members something to strive towards within our group. Anyone may suggest a member to become an Officer by posting their name on the forum and why you believe them to be an asset to our group above and beyond that of just "he/she is good at killing things". Personality, teamwork, and benevolence matters above all else. The Founders and Officers will evaluate each new appointee individually and determine if they fit with our primary vision. We are hopeful this small incentive will help to minimize members who are just here to get "carried" through the content and take a selfish approach to the time they spend in game. We are focused on helping new people to progress through the game but an unfortunate side effect of that goal is the occasional individual who joins just to take advantage of that generosity. Playing with an Officer or Founder will be close to a guarantee that you are playing with a genuine person who has the best interest of the Clan and it's founding principles at heart. With this incentive in place we can continue adding new members and grow as big as Bungie's severely limited clan integration will allow.
