I'll tell you what I want to hear, how bout that?
First and formost:
If you don't know how to do it, speak up.
"I've got about 10-20 syth."
"Yea, my weapons are maxed."
"I've got longer than 10mins to do this."
"I've got super if you wanna leave those majors."
If it's beneficial to what were doing, I wanna hear it. I do love bullshitting around as well, as long as it doesn't drag out the raid.

Lol once on normal I had about ten minutes to get something to eat before everything closed. We almost finished him off but the game glitches right before we can. Needless to say I went hungry that night but we beat him that next run.

Your absolutely right about admitting if you don't know what you're doing. I will always explain whatever I can to someone who admits they don't know the strategy and most people are the same way. The first time I ran the sword in Crota, I was honest to the group about never running the sword before. They happily showed me where to stand, let me practice the rock jump a few times, and were cool with me getting killed a couple times while I got my timing down. We cleared it on the second try after that.
