Sells it for 50 glimmer if you've unlocked it. Not sure if that was limited time or not though.

If you got it once, you can get an infinite supply of them for 50 glimmer each. Part of the reason there's no trading, I'd think. They'd also have to implement a 'soul-bound' system that allowed you to discard/break down/Vault things, but not trade or sell them.
