Use all heavy, have a few bullets in your primary in the mag / clip start the raid thing or w/e you're doing. Waste all your primary ammo, kill things with your IB , super, grenades. Just don't pick any ammo. Switch to your main guns right after a few kills since the game picks up the ammo automatically for you after awhile.
