Everyone replying that you cannot consent while drunk is a f[i]u[/i]cking retard, that's not got half of two f[i]u[/i]cks to do with the god damn question. You people just can't f[i]u[/i]cking read. Here it is plain and simple. Dude is drunk, bitch is drunk, they f[i]u[/i]ck, it is r[i]a[/i]pe, dude goes to jail. Notice where they were BOTH drunk, retards? So eloquently put. The being drunk not being to consent is extremely relevant, and those of us that mentioned it do so, because it's part of a group of laws that deal directly with this subject. Because she took him to a court of law and either the judge or a jury of his peers found him guilty. That's why. If she is putting herself in situations where she is making poor decisions and becoming a serial victim, then obviously she is a part of 5%-12% of falsely reported assault cases, and even more unlikely a serial victim. (5%-12% depending on the country, region, or state you live in).
