Edited by U6757109: 1/25/2015 12:34:52 PMProbably the only thing you and I agree on. I've read Governor Jerry Brown's bill on this. I'm not sure if its been changed, but the initial law was purely for protecting women on college campuses. The law is exactly as you put it, it can be considered man-râpe even if both parties are drunk. Not sure if Brown has fixed the sexist issue with this bill yet. I hope he has.
