I cannot understand why the totems aren't activating? Even if we despawn the enemies and snipe all enemies till the orges soawn, the totems are instantly activating.

I could be wrong, but as long as you're on the ground where the enemies are..the totems don't trigger..if you're on the rocks on the side, they will spawn

Don't have to kill sword bearer. Done it 6 time a this week. Get one person across. Have them hide, and move quicker. Seems to be a bug or a soft enrage.

you still have to get one person over there and you have to kill that gatekeeper, if you keep him alive and the the ogres spawn it will be a wipe since the gatekeeper didnt get killed its a bad combo

We get one or two persons to the other side, killing the gatekeeper and hiding in a safe spot. then everyone wipes on the first side to despawn the enemies. Then revive, snipe and when the orges spawn the totems will activate.

That might have been triggered because they were too far from the center of the fight. If they hide on the far right or left side or on the rock on right side, the totem will get red. Best is to hide next the 2 thingy at the bridge, works everything for me

Edited by Tastykake: 1/24/2015 2:38:22 PMshid man idk what to say your doing it right when i do it with my psn friends, we build a bride bring one guy over, he kill the gatekeeper and he hide in that cheese spot on the left side lamp where the edge at push up against it so the thralls will fall out if the try to hit him... then they wipe on that side, warlock come back help kill some thralls so the orges will spawn and nothing activated while they did it

In hardmode the totems are activating and we have to constantly deal with them till the ogres are down. We have one or two hunters on the other side going in invisible to prevent them from wiping us.

Yes once enemies are desponded build bridge and kill swordbarer. Get only one person across do not step on plate on other side or kill enemies. Just get to the spot. Wait untill orgers come out then four people can switch to their lvl 30s to get the loot while the other two players finish it.
