These petitions need to stop. VoG weapons will stay as is unless they increase a new difficulty level for VoG. VoG on hard is easy enough as it is with the raid weapons @300.

Maybe if they increase VoG or add a new level. But until then, no.

I'd disagree. I'm not saying destiny is an mmo, but other mmo's leave behind the older weapons when new content comes out. The raid armour from VoG is obsolete. If you want to keep running it for the chance of exotics or w/e, go for it. But leve 36 light gear from VoG has no place.

You do realize that would make new gear useless right ? Why even buy the dlcs if all the vog stuff will stay at the same lvl

DLC should add extra content to a game, not milk out the current content too. Options like this should be available for everybody, they paid for the game too. If Bungie wants people to buy the DLC they should put so much stuff into the DLC that people want to buy it.

I sort of agree, I mean its going to be a good way for people with no DLC to be 32. And its going to give players more variety of gear to choose from. Every level 32 player has almost the same gear (with varying exotics). However, this takes the point of doing the new broken raid. I enjoy vog more than crota, and to be on a fair ground, I'd be happy if this was implemented on weapons only. (I'd kill for a 331 fatebringer).

Or- Seeing as what really determines your damage out put is your light level, they dump the stupid attack values and the up grade nodes actually effect the impact stats of the weapon you are upgrading. You start with 2/3rds of its available damage just like now and work your way up. It will still scale with your light level, it just won't have an artificial ceiling like now. All weapons then are then viable and none get left behind. New weapons that drop can only be upgraded from materials that drop in the raid they were obtained from. Because we are not really getting anymore "powerful" when we go up a light level, we scale down to the content on offer, a gun is a gun is a gun. If someone wants to run the game with a rare rifle that does roughly a quarter damage of what a legendary does then they should be able to.

I'm all for more variety at end-game, but there's some issues with bumping old raid content to max level. Most prominently, you invalidate the current content by bumping old content up to match it. Why would someone spend time on Crota's End every week when they could just do it for a week or two, get enough shards to upgrade their old raid gear, and then just do that instead? It invalidates the incentive to run new content repeatedly and will make people bored more quickly, especially with such a low price of 10 motes. I have like 400 saved up over the past month. Old raid gear should stay as old raid gear. NOTE: It's also more likely that the House of Wolves will have its own special upgrade material to make players run the raid more. By now, players who have done Crota's End every week have an excess of shards and energies. It wouldn't make sense to make a new raid that uses old materials as players could get to max level in a week if RNG blesses them.

First of all just for some background: My Mum died right when I was born, (she was actually really, really hot- but this isn't about her. I guess that's -blam!-ed up to say, but whatever.) I actually grew up with my dad's family, because my dad has all sorts of emotional issues and he bailed before I was born. So you can see, my childhood was really kind of messed up. Anyways, growing up I feel like there was always a lot of distance between me and my sister. When I was about 17 or 18 I first noticed that my sister was a hottie. I don't want to go into too many details about it, but basically what happened is that I accidentally found a video that she made of herself. I knew she didn't make it for me- but I thought she was so -blam!-ing beautiful that I watched it twice. I probably would have watched it a hell of a lot more, except that like right around the time I found the video, all this crazy shit went down and I had to leave home. (My dad's family who I was staying with got in bad trouble with the law. I never talk about it). Sooo... I was totally lusting after my sister at that point. She was also having bad trouble with the law. She was actually in custody when I left home. My friend and I went to go pick her up. When I saw her that day, after seeing the video, I have to be honest, I just wanted to -blam!- her brains out. Looking back on it now, it's pretty messed up- but I think she had feelings for me too. She actually kissed me right after we came to get her... and it wasn't a sisterly kiss, you know? I mean, it wasn't like ridiculously sexual or anything, but it definitely wasn't sisterly. After we left, we all went to crash with my Sister's friends. On the trip there, my friend sort of implied that he wanted to get with my Sister, and I got a little jealous. He's a good looking guy- and even though she was my sister- I just felt like he was competition. Not much else happened between us for a while except some maybe-sexy hugging. Pretty much everyone in my life at that point was wanted by the government, so we all moved around a lot. I'm not saying that I'm proud of it or anything, but it was kind of an awesome time. My friend and my sister never hooked up I don't think- but I thought there was some serious sexual tension going on between them. It was around that time that I got really badly hurt in an accident. It was -blam!-ed up. I almost died. But when I was in recovery my sister came to see me, and out of the clear blue sky she started gives me this awesome, slow, passionate kiss on the lips. Sadly (although, I guess for the best) nothing ever came of it. We spent some time apart... and I started to get really religious, so I tried not to think of her that way. It was actually going well for a long time- like I was totally over her. But I have to say, like a year or so after all that stuff went down, we were out sailing (not like a date or anything romantic like that), and she was wearing like the hottest bikini I've ever -blam!-ing seen and it brought back all the old feelings. Sigh. A little while later she actually wound up with my friend from before (the sexual tension guy). I can't say I was surprised. But even after she was shacking up with my friend, there was one time we were at a party... my friend was inside, and my sister and I were outside alone. It was a really intimate moment. I think something might have happened, except that I killed the mood when I told her that Darth Vader was our father and that I had to go face him.
