I agree with all of it. Especially the perk reroll at the gunsmith. Its already in place mechanics wise for iron banner, so add it to the gunsmith for all weapons. Bungie would then see the perks people like and the ones they don't. This would act as a temporary fix until a proper weapons builder/editor is created.
