Agree completely.
Another thing that really bugs me is that my ghost apparently can freely communicate with everyone who gives out patrol missions at any time, but can't communicate with the bounty robot, so I have to go back to the tower to trade in bounties, etc

True, you'd think they'd complete or you'd be able to pick up without going back and forth
