PS4 Headset/Mic advice. Lots of issues. Halp!

Okay, well maybe not LOTS of issues, but I'm finding more and more that my request in what I'm looking for is very specific and apparently most people do not agree with me. That being said, let me begin. Bear with me. Since purchasing a PS4 I've always used the earbud/mic that came with it. It works perfectly for me as it provides isolated voice chat in the earbud while the game sounds come through my TV. I like them separate. I also like that it is simply wired to the controller and requires no extra charging. The controllers die fast enough as it is. (Edit: Wireless bluetooth headsets would be okay if they were something small like for cell phones that lasted) Problem is that I have to keep my TV extremely low in order for others not to hear my game sounds echoing into the mic. This has been consistent between multiple TV's, and multiple distances from said TV's. So let's take this a step further in the realm of solutions. First challenge, to find a WIRED set that plugs directly into the controller. Anyone have some simply solution for this? I've tried the iPhone earbuds and they work, but the mono audio comes out the opposite ear of the mic making it awkward. (Edit: Before you suggest just using other basic sets of earbuds like Skullcandy, etc, please continue to read as there are other conditions.) Now this ties right into problem number 2, because I do not believe that any cheap earbud sets are going to be effective at not picking up the TV audio. I don't have an issue with spending more on a higher quality mic to prevent this, but everything I seem to find as quality increases are full sets of headphones with mic. Boom, right away problem number 3! I don't want a mix! I want isolated chat in my ear and game sounds from the TV, and full sets of headphones will not allow this. Am I insane here? Am I just looking in the wrong direction? There are thousands of mono, voice only headsets out there, but none work for the PS4? I've tried Bluetooth headsets and no luck, and it doesn't seem there is a market for gamers who want these since most people are apparently okay with just having their chat and game sound in their headset mixed. Ugh. Anyone here with advice I'm open to suggestions, and if anything is unclear please just ask and I will clarify. It's early and I'm frustrated so hopefully this all made some level of sense. Thanks in advance, Guardians. Edit: Thinking of trying this headset even though it's cheap, just based on reviews of XBone owners who say their stock set is similar to this and is better at not picking up their TV audio - http://goo.gl/YmWlBX Edit: Scratch the cheap-o Amazon set I linked above. So far top suggestion is the TURTLE BEACH P4C. These look solid, reputable company, wired, and should offer a far superior mic. Edit: If I can't end up with a pair of the Turtle Beach P4C locally today, has anyone seen this next option? Sold in the UK but I'm sure they would still ship here and looks like EXACTLY what I was looking for from the start. I'm willing to go with the P4C's first since they're likely higher quality, but here's the link for you guys - http://goo.gl/4AYDeq TLDR: Wired to controller preferred. No need for high quality audio headphones, as my focus is on wanting chat audio ONLY to be in my ear while leaving game sounds from the TV. All this while having a quality mic that will not pick up so much of the TV noise to where my teammates can hear it. (And yes my TV is on very low and sit a reasonable distance from it, but the stock PS4 earbud picks up EVERYTHING) SOLUTION!!!: The Turtle Beach P4C set picked up today is PERFECT. Extremely comfortable, plugs right into my controller, and am able to have my TV at reasonable volume with none of my friends over party chat being able to hear a thing. No mix of voice and game sound in the headset either.
