There are some perks on all the classes that regen health
Strikers have kills with melee regen health
Blade dancers have kills with blink strike and arc blade regen health
If warlocks have apotheosis veil they regen health upon activating their super
Also red death and SUROS regime regen health

Or light beyond Nemesis. Picking up orbs of light regen health

I am a warlock and dont have that helm or the weapons and i use sunsinger. Any help on what to use here at all

I do have the obsidian mind but that dont have any abilities like regen does it

All I can say is that fireborn will re spawn you with full health but otherwise I would grind for suros and red death
