Part of that is making sure that each player in your group can perform every job as required. A change will take effect next week which fixes a bug with the Swordbearer's swords. When a team kills the Swordbearer, the sword will automatically be equipped onto a random member of the fireteam instead of allowing the team to choose who gets the sword.
