3 rounds for a hand cannon is to little. Maybe have instead of a middle perk put field scout and have it have 6-7 shots. Still feel like it would be useless...

The blinding effect would make up for the low damage output, for PvP at least. It's probably best used as a sidearm to a good special weapon.

Yeah I get you know. I want a hand cannon that shreds... sadly hawkmoon isn't on Xbox yet.): Hopefully they make a badass hand cannon that is up to par and not make it exclusive.
