Free bump nice ideas altho some would create OP such as exotic secondary auto rifle that heals combine with red death would just get silly.

By having Angel on my Shoulder equipped, a player wouldn't be able to have a sniper, shotgun, or fusion rifle, unless of course they had Universal Remote, No Land Beyond, or the Mythoclast. This could put them at a disadvantage at long or close range, but would make them very powerful at medium range.

Decent scouts are as good as most snipers or a hand cannon for close up such as Fate bringer can handle both same as thorn can. Still good ideas just dont think it should offer healing property's.

The way I think they should balance it is by making it less effective as a weapon, which will make up for its powerful abilities.
