I like your ideas, but I don't believe it's going to happen. How it is that have gone on this long without implementing some serious changes to keep gamers interest is beyond me.
I don't mean to sound sarcastic, but it would seem that the best way to deal with Destiny's lack of content would be to move onto another game.

It's not been that long, I'm sure Bungie is saving something like this for the future, people is going to lose interest after the House of Wolves DLC drops or at least that's my guessing
