Anyone who still believes Xur is RNG, dismiss yourself from the forums. You're the taint of the community.
Also for those planning on asking for "proof" -- Google it yourselves. It's not hard to find information on the Internet. Especially when you don't lack common sense.

There is nothing random about anything in this game. In a random system I would get the same damn scout rifle 10,11, even 12 times in a row, or see blocks of blues changing to the same weapon repeatedly.

He serves as another RNG mechanic, as to them, when they visit him they [i]think[/i] its randomized. But you and I know better. Which is why you see consistent disappointment with Xur.
