While i don't see myself as a collector, i would like to have 1 of each exotic weapon. And up till yesterday i was missing only 4: 4th horseman monte carlo hawkmoon red death Yesterday i nailed 2 exotics, and as luck would have it, they were hawkmoon and red death. That got me thinking, getting exotics is rare enough, but what are the odds of getting 2 of the few exotics i'm missing? Then i though back a bit further; the last exotic i got before yesterday was also one i was missing. So the last 3 exotics i got were NOT duplicates, when i already have nearly all exotic weapons in the game. Could this just be an uncanny coincidence? Or could it be that the game actually follows what you have and raises the odds of you getting an exotic you don't yet have? Note: 2 of these exotics were rewards at the end of the Crota Raid.
