[spoiler]Let me start by saying Lt. Col Brian R. Shaffer is the reason the United States Air Force is going to shit. He came into the 362nd Recruiting squadron that was ranked in the top 3 in the nation for 3 years running and turned it into one of the last units in the whole Air Force. He came in Jun of 2012 and within 6 months he took 5 stripes for things he had no reason for. He investigated almost everyone in his unit who did not have their nose so far up his ass. He made very inappropriate sexual jokes in regards to woman and racial comments about Mexicans. I cannot believe this guy is still in the Air Force and allowed to serve. He promoted drinking before driving. He would have every Friday a drink with your boss before you go home. No one wanted to hang out with this idiot on a Friday after work but they were scared if they didn’t pretend to be his friend he would punish them. He signed off on a package for SNCO of the year when the person had only been there for 4 months but that person did come with knee pads. He lies and hides things and is a horrible person who pretends to be a good person. I hope more people who have come across this loser can chime in.[/spoiler]
