There's no chest for keeping Praetorians off the plates...or at least when my group did it, we checked the alternate passage(Templar's Well)

I think that area isn't the place where it spawns, the video I saw they took the traditional route and took a right turn in the caves and sure enough there was a chest in this odd area that gave them the usual shards/energy
