Depends. If I have had a good strike with a couple of randoms I will wait, return to orbit and hopefully be matched with them again. If we have a few good strikes together and our play style compliments I will bash out a friend request. If I was with muppet I just leave and will be in the next strike by the time they hit orbit. Whilst waiting I like a quick scout round for loot then it could be a dance or a sit or name and rocket people depending on the mood.
