I will just bump this thread again ... i know its old but i feel like this guy was on the right track. My theory is that there might something happen when you kill gorgons with a relict. Maybe there will happen something to the third gate outside the atheon room or in the little cave beside the jumping puzzle. Keep exploring guardians, there has to be more. Bring on the hate :)
