Gunsmith changing weapon damage/burn type!
Just a thought and sorry if this is a repost.
But I would like to discuss the pros and cons of having the gunsmith being able to change the damage/burn of our weapons with certain types of materials.
Icebreaker changed void or arc
Gjallarhorn changed to arc or void
VoC changed to arc or void
Fatebringer changed solar or void
Etc.
What are your thoughts if the gunsmith could do this?

Exotics have set elemental damage and perks. So, no they should not be changeable. Legendaries should be able to be rolled again in exchange for 2motes at the gunsmith.
