How do I get the flaming blue helmet on Reach?
I can't figure it out. I bought legendary thinking it would come with the blue fire helmet, but it wasn't in the box.

Hmmmm, well I know for a fact that Blue flame was for a special bungie day event where all players with a bungie account and redeemed that code got that helmet effect (they won't do that again and I don't think you can just "get it" anymore), but as for the regular flame that was either if you were a bungie employee or something else, maybe legendary but idk.
