if you really want good shaders then join dead orbit once you get to level 10 you get a shader called bittersteel whitch is pure white with black outlining and if you stay till rank 15 you get a all black shader

The shaders are random, you don't get them at a guaranteed level.

ya i got fwc ninevah shader at lvl 6

False... Shader drops are totally random. Warlock level 16 Dead Orbit hasn't received a shader, Hunter level 10 Dead Orbit and no shader and Titan level 19 New Monarchy just got Themisto at level 19... Completely random.
