I don't mean just rest breaks. The other day I lost my internet connection during a raid and could not get it back for over an hour. I liked the raid group I was with too but I did not expect them to wait for me and of course they did not. I then had to find a new group good enough to continue which took quite a while. I ended up just starting a new raid and that was the ticket to finding a good group. The system I proposed would prevent me and people like me from getting screwed whenever some idiot cuts a power wire to the neighborhood.
