I don't think it's overpowered. It's definitely a viable gun in both PvE and PvP, but overpowered? Nope. If you're just mad that you get killed by it in crucible then go practice and get better.

This is just such an easy and careless answer though. People really do care. This would be in the top guns to nerf by the whole community.

In crucible (which I'm assuming is what you're talking about) it is not overpowered.
