Raids have so far been setup to go 2 levels up as you play them
Hard mode will start off at 32 so it will end around 34/35

No dude, hard mode has level 33 enemies throughout. Just like hard mode VoG had. Only lvl 33, why would they raise the cap even more without telling anyone? Plus, the hard mode raid gear has already been data mined, it's only +36 light
