3 am central time. You simply stay in tower till 3am central. New bounties appear. Grab and complete them. Change characters. Will have those bounties to do again when I go back to character.

You grab them right as they come out and complete then switch charactors and then you have them again?????? Is that how

Pretty much. You make sure you are on before the reset.
