I've gotten this and multiple others with the same error context. It means stop using tethering for internet access that the servers are not able to reliably contact your console this way. But in my case I have att uverse so this is utter nonsense. Unless of course att is using a cell tower to relay but that's unlikely. Also it may be xbox live who is inadvertently cause this error code with their regular maintenance. Either way there is not much you can do to stop it.

Thanks for the info. The weird thing is every time I get it it says eel then I dismiss it and then it says weasel. By the way, I have cox which sucks in general

By the way I found out something interesting..... If you have ever connected a cell phone to your router your console might have connected under that ip address. If that be the case some routers would treat it as a cell phone and you might get that error message. I just looked at my router settings and found one of the ip numbers not in use and assigned my xbox to it manually.
