I agree that it should be available... But I will never play on that mode.
Unlike call of duty and the like, we have 9 ways to engage opponents in this game, including the very concept of vertical terrain and angles of attack. It is the thinking man's pvp, with a right tool for each and every job. Every super can be countered if planned for, every weapon has its nemesis...
I'm not a good player by any means, but I am better at crucible then I have ever been at any PvP game.

I love it, "the thinking man's pvp". The players who complain like this about crucible are the same one's who only play hard mode ib battlefield because they complain it's too hard to kill opponents otherwise.
