That's not what you said though, is it? And still, it is not cheating to swap armour. Did that person earn the armour? Yes. Did that person level up another character to a level that can wield it? Again, yes. How is it cheating then? What difference is it if it's on your Character in Slot 1 or your Character in Slot 2? Maybe the amount of time played on that character? Granted, there may be a difference. But, you have every right to transfer the things you have earned to a character you have made and levelled. Like I said, if the game allows you to do something, it's not cheating. Duplicate characters and armour transfer is using the resources available to you, to maximise your chances of getting gear or whatever it is you chose to do. If it allows you to enjoy the game that you paid for, then go for it I say. EDIT: Ok, it is what you said. My bad. But the point still remains. It's not 'cheating'.
