I think it should be changed to a perk called 'unstoppable force'. The longer you run as a Titan, the faster you go, until you are faster than a full agility hunter, but shoulder charge should go. Maybe it should buff your storm fist when running full pelt, so that storm fist is an instant kill, but you would still have to wait to recharge your storm fist before using it again, which is why shoulder charge is OP. (Coming from someone who has and always will main a Titan)

Would think this is a good idea. Striker sounds like the class to be in your face the most. If you remove shoulder charge currently they is legitimately no reason to use Titan for crucible.

I've often felt like storm fist should be a one hit kill in PvP (unless you have near max armour maybe), every class but a Titan has a reason to avoid them. If I hear a hunter activate their super, I run. If I see a warlock slinging grenades, I run. You SHOULD be afraid of a titans melee, but that's just not the case unless its a shoulder charge, which I think is the issue here :P
