Space battles would be cool. They could have individual upgrade parts allowing you to add different weaponry onto your spaceship as well as adding perks which already come with spacecrafts. Would also like a better way of getting spaceships which are rare and legendary levels as I have only ever seen one rare spaceship in the entire game.

I definitely like the parts idea. I think it would be cool for the ships to have shades or allow us to color them ourselves. I'm not too excited about the legendary ships they have though. I got one nice one in the Ghost Edition of the game bit I don't even use it. I use an uncommon all dark grey one. I've never seen another person with it. The different parts you mentioned could offer void, arc, or solar damage. I would allow a build a ship option based upon your experience points so all ships could look the way you want but based upon your money or currency spent the abilities could be equal. We could have PVP and PVE missions. 3 on 3 to 8 on 8 big team missions. There could even be space and planetary missions. Like Star Fox but more advanced so it plays out like high tech star wars flight fighting. Bungie could make it great and I believe people would pay an additional 60.00 for an entire add on option for this. For those not interested they could still sometimes be able to see part of the space battles while looking up while doing regular patrols down on the planets.

I see your point but I wouldn't pay £60 for a DLC just for space battles. I personally think it should be more like the space battle/space flight system in that mission within Halo Reach which Bungie pulled off excellently. Ship shaders and gun parts for spaceships yes, but not the ability to customise the entire spacecraft; remember this is an add on, not an entire new game!

There is a situation where the cost of an addition of this magnitude is too great to be qualified as a DLC. It would be a new game that is part of this Universe. We aren't talking about adding just a few maps and a strike for 20 bucks. A new engine would be needed for this game play and servers for these matches would have to be added. That's not going to happen for 20-30 dollars. I swear people would pay 60 if it was done right. Hell people have paid that for garbage simulation games for decades now.

But couldn't they make it an entire new game that adds on to the Destiny Universe? This is supposed to be next generation. I mean like I said before people pay 60 bucks for an Ace Combat game each year which is really the same song over and over. People would not only pay for a great flight simulation game in space, but if it was attached to the normal Destiny game in such a way that it was not just a DLC I think it would work well and it would change the gaming industry! People should be sick of the same movies and games being remade. How many King Kong movies do we need in a 40 year period? Lol. Bungie can make a new mold off of this foundation and I would help if they asked. There are not many of us with a gamer score of over 100,000. I have invested countless hours into gaming and I want to have my mind blown now.
