One idea i had ! For Example Iron banner gear should be Geared toward PVP like Raid armor has Perks specifically for that raid (More super from Oracle kills or more Dmg to Oracles in VOG)
How about Iron banner Gear:
[b]Helmet [/b]: Increased Range or Radar while Aiming in a Crucible Match
[b]Gloves[/b]: Increased Stability in a Crucible Match
[b]Chest Piece [/b]: Increased Recovery or Armor in a Crucible Match
[b]Boots[/b]: Increased Agility in a Crucible Match
again these are just examples because who needs (More auto Rifle, Scout rifle, Hand Cannon ammo in a Crucible match....)

Interesting. But keep in mind that that may create a slippery slope. Balance is pretty decent besides super spamming and too many orbs

I don't think this would be a good idea. Current perks already affect gameplay significantly, but considering that the Raid-like perks are completely extra, you would get further increased stats. It would make the Crucible more reliant on gear than it already is, which is competitively unhealthy. At least now you can buy vendor weapons/armor which are still good for PvP.
